Terms of sale
The simple terms

The short version: my products are instant digital downloads. Because you get the file straight away, all sales are final and no refunds are given once a file has been downloaded.
The files are for your personal use. Please don't copy, share or resell them. If a file is faulty or won't open, email me and I'll make it right.
1. Who you're buying from
These terms apply to digital products sold on unfilteredglam.netlify.app by Unfiltered Glam ("I", "me"). You can reach me any time at unfilteredglam.ugc@gmail.com.
2. What you're buying
- All products in the shop are digital products (PDF guides, workbooks, planners, templates and cheat sheets). Nothing physical is posted to you.
- Prices are shown in euro (€) on the website and on the Stripe checkout page. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; I never see your card details.
- Each product page describes what's included. Please read it before you buy.
3. Instant access and delivery
Right after your payment, you're taken to a download page where you can download your files immediately. If you have any trouble downloading, email me and I'll send the files to you.
4. All sales are final: no refunds once downloaded
Because these are digital downloads that you can access straight away, all sales are final and no refunds are given once a file has been downloaded.
By completing your purchase, you expressly request and consent to immediate access to the digital content, and you acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once the download is made available to you, in line with Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (Directive 2011/83/EU).
5. If something is wrong with your file
If a file is faulty, incomplete, won't open, or isn't what was described, email unfilteredglam.ugc@gmail.com and I'll fix it or send you a working copy as quickly as I can. This doesn't affect any rights you have by law when digital content is faulty or not as described.
6. Your licence: personal use only
- When you buy a product, you get a personal, non-transferable licence to use it yourself.
- You may download it, keep it on your own devices and print copies for your own use.
- Templates (like the rate card) may be filled in and used for your own work, as described on the product.
- You may not copy, share, resell, redistribute, upload, give away or claim the files as your own, in whole or in part, and you may not use them to make competing products.

8. Educational content
My guides are educational. They share practical tips and my honest experience, but they don't guarantee any particular results, brand deals or income, and they aren't medical, legal, tax or financial advice.
9. Done-for-you projects
If I build a digital product for you, the price, timeline and what's included are agreed with you in writing in your quote. Once your project is finished and paid for, you own the finished product.
10. Changes and contact
